Starting with "JOINUS" at the west exit of Yokohama Station, which celebrated its 50th anniversary, to "Sotetsu LIFE" along the Sotetsu Line, and "YUMEGAOKA SORATOS" scheduled to open in July, we operate a broad array of urban, suburban, and regional SCs depending on size and location. We operate various types of SCs and strive every day to make them useful for the lives of our customers.

In addition to areas along the Sotetsu line, we also entrust office buildings and complex buildings in central Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture to owners, and manage and operate them on their behalf. In addition to leasing services for available plots, building management services, income and expenditure management, etc., we also provide strategic proposals such as the renewal of common areas. Moreover, by building good relationships with the tenants occupying the building, we contribute towards improving the profitability and value of the building as a whole in both tangible and intangible aspects.

In areas along the Sotetsu Line, including Yokohama Station, which is our base of operations, we are the core entity that acts as the liaison for collaborations between local communities and governments, such as by acting as the secretariat of the area management activities, and engage in initiatives that lead to improving and creating value.
